Taidetta Sateenkaarisenioreille: Liiketyöpaja

Liiketyöpaja on taideryhmä, jossa tutustutaan oman kehon liikkeeseen. Tutkitaan mitä oma keho tarvitsee – millaista liikettä, millaista venytystä! Mitään ei tarvitse osata, tule tutustumaan liikkumisen maailmaan musiikin tahdissa. Kaikista tärkeintä on yhdessä oleminen ja tekeminen!

Ei tarvitse olla hyvässä kunnossa, osallistua voi omien voimavarojen mukaan!
Ei etsitä tanssijoita, liikutaan musiikin tahtiin.
Mikään ei estä tanssimasta – jokainen liike voi olla tanssiliike.
Voi aloittaa minkä ikäisenä tahansa!

The movement workshop is an art group where you explore the movement of your own body. Explore what your body needs – what kind of movement, what kind of stretching! You don’t need to know anything, come and explore the world of movement to music. The most important thing is to be together and do it!

You don’t have to be in good shape, you can participate according to your own resources!
Not looking for dancers, we move to the music.
Nothing stops you from dancing – every movement can be a dance movement.
You can start at any age!
