Valitse paikaksi rennon boheemi ja luova Suvilahti! Vuokraamme harjoitussaleja ja toimistopöytiä.
Tilamme sijaitsevat rakennuksessa numero 6 (Puhdistamo).
Suvilahteen pääset joko Kalasataman tai Sörnäisten metroasemilta, myös bussit 16, 55, 56, 59, 500, 510 ja 738 tulevat Suvilahden kupeeseen.

Harjoitussalit
Vuokraa harjoitussali kuukaudeksi, viikoksi, päiväksi tai vaikka muutamaksi tunniksi. Vuokraamme sekä säännöllisiä että irtovuoroja arkisin ja viikonloppuisin.
Ikkunalliset salit ovat valoisia (ei pimennysverhoja) ja niissä on mosaiikkiparkettiset joustolattiat. Yhdessä salissa on peili, jonka voi peittää. Treenien, työpajojen ja opetuksen lisäksi saleissa voi järjestää demoja, videokatselmuksia ja avoimia harjoituksia, mutta varsinaiseen esityskäyttöön ne eivät sovellu.
Saleja on neljä. Salit I, II ja III ovat kooltaan 79-88m², sali IV:n neliön muotoisen osan pinta-ala on noin 50m². Kaikissa saleissa on perusäänentoisto. Salien korkeus on matalimmillaan 2,5m.
Salivuokraukseen kuuluu Eskuksen keittiön ja aulatilan käyttöoikeus sekä wifi. Saleissa ei saa olla kengillä, paitsi jo vuokralainen suojaa lattiat ns. messumatoilla.
Työpiste
Eskuksen toimistopisteen vuokraan kuuluu työpöytä, tulostin/skanneri/kopiokone ja wifi-yhteys, neuvottelutilan, aulan ja keittiön käyttöoikeus sekä tietenkin kollegiaalinen synergia. Toimistoamme käyttävät mm. jäsenryhmiemme tuottajat sekä freelancetaiteilijat.

Here you can rent rehearsal studios and office tables.
Our spaces can be found in Suvilahti building number 6 (Puhdistamo).
Easy access to Suvilahti from either Kalasatama or Sörnäinen metro stations, or by buses 16, 55, 56, 59, 500, 510 and 738, all stopping right by Suvilahti.

Studios
You can rent a studio for a month, a week, a day, or just for a few hours. You can rent on a regular basis, or just the occasional time you need, be it on weekdays or during the weekend.
The studios with windows are light and do not have black-out curtains. They have mosaic parquet sprung floor. One of the studios has a mirror, which can be covered. Beside rehearsals, workshops or classes the studios can be used for arranging demos, video screenings or open rehearsals, but they are not suitable for performances with audience.
There are four studios. Studio I, II and III are 79-88m2, the square area of studio IV is about 50m2. At the lowest the studios are 2,5m high. All studios have basic sound equipment.
Studio rental includes access to Eskus’ kitchen and the hall and wifi. No entering the studios with shoes, unless the leaseholder protects the floors with proper carpets.
Office space
Office space rental include a working table, a printer/scanner/copy machine and wifi connection, access to the conference room, the hall, the kitchen and of course to the collegial synergy. Our office is used by the producers of the member groups and by freelance artists, among others.
