Ei tarvitse olla hyvässä kunnossa, osallistua voi omien voimavarojen mukaan! Ei etsitä tanssijoita, liikutaan musiikin tahtiin. Mikään ei estä tanssimasta - jokainen liike voi olla tanssiliike. Voi aloittaa minkä ikäisenä tahansa!
